  Tara has been working with Dr. Syed for over 20 years. She is a skilled medical billing specialist, bringing meticulous attention and expertise to our team. With her comprehensive knowledge of medical coding and billing, Tara ensures that all our claims are accurately prepared and submitted, facilitating timely reimbursements from insurance companies. She addresses patient billing inquiries, manages patient accounts, and resolves any discrepancies, providing clear explanations and support to our patients.

  Kristina (Medical Assistant)

  Kristina has dedicated most of her professional career as a Medical Assistant and has been a valued member of our team for almost a decade. Her passion for helping those in need has always guided her work. Kristina excels in managing the front desk, handling patient check-ins, scheduling appointments, and securing preauthorizations. Additionally, she holds a Phlebotomy certificate, enabling her to assist with PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) treatments. If you require PRP or any other assistance, Kristina is here to help.

  Cynthia, a retired nurse, has brought a wealth of experience and dedication to our team in her role as a Medical Assistant. Although she has reduced her hours to spend more time with her grandchildren, her compassionate approach and professional expertise remain ever-present.

  Kal (Practice Manager)

  Kal has a B.S. in Software Engineering and before moving to Florida he worked for some of the top software companies around the country including Highland Software and Yahoo. He later joined E2Grow as their Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and headed the IT Department. Kal founded Mid-Florida Physical Medicine for his wife, and now manages day to day operations of the company to insure a smooth work flow.
